Instead of peat pots, why not try this method. Take a gallon nursery pot and cut it
in half vertically. Reseal the two halfs with duct tape and fill with a potting
medium. Plant your seed and let it grow....when it comes time for planting,
prepare you planting bed, then remove the duct duct tape and place in your
new seedling. Another method is to cut the bottom out of the gallon nursery
pot and reseal it. Do the same thing, but install the pot and plant in your
soil and be sure to remove the duct tape and the cut out bottom.
