Hello again,
Is heated water a must to grow an 800+ pound pumpkin? I have been
mulling over the idea of setting up a heated system, but is it really
necessary. I would hate to go spend a small fortune and end up not gaining
anything.
Also, Is it possible to get too much cow manure in the patch? I am
putting 44 cubic yards on this year to try and compensate for the leeching
which occured with all the rain. Is this wise? I did get a chance to 'till
a few days ago, it sure got the blood running, it just feels like a good year
for pumpkins.
Take Care and good luck,
Brett Hester, The pumpkin guru
