Depends on how well you dry the seeds. Some farmers can keep the seeds
for 5 or 6 years. Pumpkin seeds hold there vigour longer than other
seeds like sweet corn.
it normaly takes 1 month to dry pumpkin seeds. Place the seed into old
(clean) paint cans. Seal the lid tightly. Some times it helps to put
some type of insecticide in the can with the seed.
