The Annual Pumpkin Regatta

It might actually be worth considering having come sort of a get-together at
the end of our pumpkin growing season in Central Park in the middle of NYC. If
the date of the race etc. was laid out well in advance I would definately
consider going there to see Farmer Gus, Wayne Hackney and Don Langevin battle
it out. There could be other entries as well and I would support Zoo Doo Mills
as a participant even if he and I had to go out and buy a pumpkin big enough
(if we can't grow one). Also I feel fairly certain that Ray Waterman would be
interested in supplying the big pumpkin we will need just in case we can't or
don't come up with it on our own. I think Zoo Doo could win even though he has
less experience than Wayne. Zoo Doo will make up for it with enthusiasm. How
about three times around the pond and winner take all?  Don't let me down Zoo
Doo if Don et al agree. Also I would like Pumpkinwitch to come and be our
cheerleader or to at least put some kind of a hex on our competition.
