Good question.....well what you are seeing is the digital coding of a
graphic being submitted to the mailing list.   If the graphic is less
than 40K, then the mailing list should be able to view it.  If it is
more, it will be cut off and the digital coding will show as above.  I
do not know if it is less than 40k,  an attachment will be provided to
the digest members for viewing.  If digest is unable to view the graphic
and it is less than 40k, then majordomo  in the digest cannot support
this function.
