Anything south of the Mason Dixon line is considered Southern. Period, over
and out. It's in the rule book.
D.C.' is Southern. No hairs to split here. You might live and pay taxes in VA,
but you grow your pumpkins in DC? No prob! You're in! What's the big deal?
(Who is challenging this, anyway?????)
