Shellie and Mick and All,
Well first off, we have been without electricity for the past 24 or so hours.
The roads here are covered in 1.5 inches if frozen rain and the temprature
outside is 18 degrees, worse yet, the temp. inside is 45 unless youre sitting
on the hearth of the fireplace. No Heat, No Water, No Lights, Not a single
luxury, like Robinson Coruso, its as primative as can be. I think I lost my
early plant I had started. It got down to 13 degrees last night, the coldest
it has been at the Hester patch since 1993.
I purchased all the parts to my sprinkler system a few days ago. 800 feet of
PVC, 1 Pump, 400 gallon tank, and a lot of connectors. Now I just need to
chip through the ice to put it in. Does anyone want to help?
