SIT DOWN TO READ THIS. Due to El Nino and strong wind patters - a small whirlwind (willie - nillie) struck Kawaeau County depot only an hour ago. A fax from Tracey reports the tragic news that Son of Jabba was critically injured as fences and other debris were blown around in this freak wind. Son of Jabba was lifed and torn off close to the root system leaving only a small viable shoot. Male flowers in all stages were immediately taken off and couriered down to South Taranaki where they will be distributed amongst the mourners. "Sic transit gloria monday". John S.
