There was also an old episode of Amazing Stories from the mid 80's in which
the amazing story was growing giant pumpkins. I have not seen it for some
time but as I remember it was quite funny. I remember it involved some
fierce competition, a secret formula, a pumpkin plant taking over its
patch(in a few seconds), a scene involving a car and a Huge pumpkin, and of
course a surprise ending.
