The Ottawa St. Lawrence Growers have never been an organization to back
down from a challenge, however I think you are stacking the deck by
using multiple sites. Perhaps we can have classical East vs West.  Do
not forget that the top ten average site this was Port Elgin.  We can
always group our sites between your sites and the Ontario, Quebec sites.
That may make an interesting challenge. Of course that would not allow
us to truly represent the East as it does not include all the eastern US
sites that have been growing some large fruit.  

Perhaps the Ontario group can put up a case of a maple syrup.  Think
about it and perhaps we can make it interesting.  I would like to hear
from some of the other eastern site coordinators to see if they would
like join an East/West Challenge??
