To all you folks in Australia and New Zealand- you all are 3/4 of a day older than the those of us in the US and Canada.
I'm 36.
ouch that hurts.... I kept thinking that I should still be in my 20's.
but the real question should not be how long have you been growing pumpkins ???
I have been growing pumpkins for 30 years, always in a backyard garden.
just the other day I found a old photo of me and a pumpkin plant . I must have been about 9 years old.
But I have only been growing AG's for 4- and for 3 of those year i didn't know what I was doing. I thought I was doing great with a 55 pounder !... all my family, friends and neighbors were impressed. This year didn't come out so great either. I grew 7-8 pumpkins all on one plant that all split between 50-100 lb.
Next year ! - has always been my motto.
INFO on the digest-
there a digest version of the pumpkin list. it is exactlly the same thing only instead of getting a new email every time someone makes a post - you get one bigger email every day or every 10-15 posts (depending upon there sizes) which ever comes first. Those of us on the digest may be a little slow jumping in on any givin topic.

with the following commands in the body of your email message:

unsubscribe pumpkins
