Dolly strung out

Al right - I had a decision to make this morning. Either have a round of
golf or work in the patch. Golf won - initially anyway, After three
holes I had an attack of guilt and went home. I strung up Dolly's vine
either side with two Surf rod holders as my farming friends (who may
supply standards) were all milking. I cut up an old innertube to sling
the actual vine in.
Looks like I will have to do a few more either side because of the
weight along the length of the vine. I had not anticipated the weight
would be so heavy. I can see why the stress cracks occur.
Dolly was 67 inches this morning around the tum - good progress so far.
We have had a very wet night and overcast weather around the mid
twenties, almost oppressive but excellent for the plants.
