  As stated before...The fert. is what I always thought was the
culprit...along with low moisture..BUT this past june has been 11 Plus
insches of rain..and already 2 1/2 to 3 in july...Yes a strange drought
fo rthe midwest!!! I KNOW!!!!
    This particular area has had absolutely nothing added except 1 load
of compost from a neighboring cities compost facility.....nothing else
and it is virgin ground...So ....you fill in the blanks..I'm clueless!!!
