Dear List;
(1) Major wind storm last two days, larger leaves off
main vine knocked over and
some stems broken, would you cut them off, ? Stand them back
up & brace them
with clay ? Open to suggestions, looks like freight
train went through patch.
(2) Pollinated 970 female this morning at 6:00 am,
tied top closed, at noon crows
picked open closed flower and damaged lobes, was five lobe, will
this pumpkin grow
and will the damaged lobes have any ill effects ?????
No need to reply re my wifes crows, they will join the woodchucks very shortly !
Thanks,
Bill Van Iderstine
