RE: Dragonflies
I have seen only 3 or 4 SVB moths, but there has been some dragonflies
hanging around my patch. I know that dragonflies will eat other bugs, and
they might be getting a good meal on SVB moths. It's good news to know that
someone else witnessed the carnage first hand.

This is very interesting. I have seen no moths this year, and I've been
searching for eggs thinking I'm crazy and wondering how I could forget what
those darned eggs look like or if my eyesight is finally shot and I really
need to break down and get some bifocals. But I HAVE seen dragonflies out
there. Don't recall ever seeing them in a pumpkin patch before.
I did put out hummingbird feeders to try to draw them in, but haven't seen
any hummers at all.
