Personaly, I'd keep em out,I don't have a problem w/ weeds now but earlier if
I didn't go out once a week and lightly rake them around to expose the root I
too would be in deep weeds,I use a lot of cow poop which is loaded w/weed
seed. If weeds are raked when very small the hot sun usually would burn the
roots,but w/all this rain this year it was tuff controling them till the AG
covers over the patch.Weeds are a good cover for bad bugs and
desease.Goodluck!
