I'm growing my two AGs in the front
yard. The Cramer824 has
popped out a few females, the Cramer729 which
is much bigger
in every way has none.
Across the yard is a mystery volunteer vine plant
that has
been popping up male flowers for weeks which I've
been cutting.
In my back yard I
have two white pumpkin plants (a gift that
I had to plant).
So I'm thinking that when these other
plants have open females
they should get the
pleasure of AG males. What might that mean
for a scrawny volunteer (which has no insects at
all) and the
whites? I don't want to run the risk that
their males get into
my AG females...
I hope my query makes sense.
