Re: double females

Chris,
I have a plant that produced two females at every other leaf on the main
vine. The vine is about 8-10 inches wide. I believe this is a flat vine.
I didn't know what to do so I let them grow. At each junction one pumpkin
grew twice as fast as the other. I picked the smaller one after about three
weeks.
My biggest challenge will be getting the pumpkin in the right position as
they come out of the top of the flat vine. I have snapped a promising one
trying to position it.
This is the first time this has ever happened to me.
Mark
