Why use toxic pesticides like Diazinon and Sevin when Rotenone or Pyrethrum
are available and very effective? You can even buy a combination
Rotenone-Pyrethrum liquid concentrate that works on cucumber beetles and SVB
alike. And when you're done, you don't need to wear a haz-mat suit in your
patch, you can drink your well water and you won't be killing the birds in
your backyard.

Had a chat with him today, Although not specifically listed for cuke
beetles, I use Ortho Rose Pride Orthenex Insect & Disease Control. Seems to
work
pretty good for me.
Diazinon and Sevin liquid is also a good choice.
