Interesting Flowers...

I was out in the patch this morning looking for any new female blossoms
and came across a blossom with characteristics I haven't seem before.
It's an apparently male flower on the outside (tall, no fruit, close to
the base), but the inside of the flower is female with 3 ovaries (or
whatever you call them). Is this a Richard Simmons of the pumpkin
world? I've never run across this before...

Also, if Any Wolf reads this, could you please drop me a note with your
address?

Thanks!
keith
