What I do is put them all in a 5 gallon bucket. Then add water and a little bleach. After they soak a while I put them on hardware cloth and let them  dry in the sun or sitting on a heating duct if it is cold. Each day I rotate the seeds and when they are dry I take them outside and rub the against each other in the wind. This removes the  light skin (or covering from them). I alway store my seeds in the refridgerato and lable each bag of seeds.
Good Luck
