I vote that they both go.  (Just teasing, I emailed both of them privately asking them to stay.)
 
The truth is that I hope they both stay, and that Kathy leaves.  (Just teasing, she knows better.)
 
The real truth is that the only one I hope will go is the Pumpkin Pirate.  (Okay, I'm teasing about that too.)
