You might want to cut back on the water If the leaf stalk has that much in it.
Are your main vines deeply buried? The leaf stalks may rot at the soil line if they have standing water them.
Cut the rotting ones flush with the main vine and dust with a little sulfur, captan or what ever fungicide is available in your area. Allow them get
plenty of air.
