... But the major difference I noticed between the shadedExactly matches my theory, leaves that get full sun all day don't "need" to be
part of the plant and non shaded part is the leaves that were shaded were
much bigger. I had a leaf that was 32" across. and several that were 30" across
on both plants. The part that didn't get shaded was only 20"-25" across.
as big as leaves that are shaded, at least as far as the plant is concerned.
