Patch Update

Fellow Growers,

I decided to give an update of my progress since my last postings which
were complaints about my vine length.

I am learning that the name of the game is patience, as things seem to
be progressing well. The plants are all healthy and each have fruit
set. My biggest so far and progressing very well is "Captain Kurk" on
the 713 Kurkowski. Today is Day 20 and this pumpkin has a circ of 70.5
and an ott of 162.5 for an estimated weight of 101lbs. If I am correct,
don't we want to be at least 60" circ on day 20?

It has been very hot here! 108 Monday, 110 Yesterday and probably going
to be 105+ today. Misting is working well, with no droop at 110
degrees.

I am continually updating my grow log at www.tigocerous.com/pumpkin

Hope all of you are doing well, only a couple months (when anything can
happen) to go now!

God Bless,

Dale E Fisher
