Pumpkins on TV
Hi all
Thanks for all the great responses to my email about wanting pumpkin
growers for an Animal Planet film shoot.
We have been having numerous meetings with our Producers at the Discovery
Channel and it has now been decided that we can no longer fit this story
into our upcoming shoot. Because of time and budget restrictions we have
had to cut down the number of days that the crew spend in the USA.
I have been very intrigued with a lot of the stories that have been sent
through from Pumpkin Growers around the country. I am hoping to pitch an
idea to our development team for a one hour programme on Giant vegie
growers. I'll let you know if I make any progress on this front. Maybe we
can still work together in the future!
Sorry if I have not responded individually to everyone who has sent me a
message. I have been quite overwhelmed with the number of responses!
Good luck to everyone for the upcoming weigh-ins and competitions. I look
forward to hearing how you all go!
