No more Nitrogen. Get a bloom booster with a high middle number like Vigor
Cal Phos 0-13-0 or Peter's bloom booster 10-50-10. Use the latter at half
strength and foliar spray it on the top of the plant's leaves with a garden
sprayer, pump sprayer. Blooms will come. Don
