I apply the fish at 1 TBS. per gal. and the kelp at 1 oz. per gal. of water.
If it's both I'd just follow those directions since 1/8 of a cup is 1 oz.
The best way to apply is with a garden sprayer in a foliar fashion on the
leaves, I just spray the tops of leaves with a fine spray. I adhere to the
Agro-K program recs. of foliar spraying in a modified fashion.  I use about
two gal. per 1600 sq.ft.  Don
