I am a photo-screener for BigPumpkins. Ken & John are aware of the problem
with the BP email system which is the source of your frustration. As a
result of the server problem Ken might not even be receiving your messages.
Or perhaps Ken is responding but the messages aren't getting back to you.

We hate it too. Imagine trying to screen all of the Grower Diary & Gallery
photo submissions without an email containing the text portion of the
message?

I have alternate contact paths through which I can notify Ken on your behalf
but I'll need your email address first.
