plant tissue testing

Hello: well for the 3rd season in a row my plants have been affected by what appears to be a soil disease, i have used this patch for 14 out of my 19 seasons, so i would expect problems, the problem has not affected my squash plant (knock on wood) but in the past it was only a matter of time, bio shield was applied but seemed to have no effect? also my field pumpkins have not been affected in the past? i would like to have the plant tissue tested if anyone knows a good reputable place that wont cost an arm/leg?
