Kathy,
I'm no veteran at this but I would think banking up some sand/dirt under the
side that is leaning would be a good idea to keep it from leaning to far and
causing stem splits or cracks.

Hi Guys!
I have a late-comer on one of my vines, and I intend to grow her out.
However, she has been growing directly atop the main. Finally today she has
started to lean to one side. Is there anything I need to do - or to refrain
from doing - to salvage this pretty little lady?
Thanks!
Kathie
