My experience is that yellow vines are one of the natural variations in
vine color. If you get yellowing in the leaves at the base or ends that can
mean trouble. I did not see that in the picture, there is also a natural
occurring yellow Bloch in an otherwise healthy leaf that is not a problem,
if you see that. Ribbon vines are a genetic problem. Leaf damage looks like
Bird damage most likely House Sparrow if not them a less likely suspect
would be a Purple or House Finch. Their favorite leaf feeding time is the
late morning to mid afternoon. They love Cole crops too, they are good when
they are feeding young because they eat large amounts of insects but can be
troublesome before & after that.
