Hey all
Rule is roots will go as deep as the enviroment can handle. How deep
the water can consistantly remain moist without sogging or drying out
and the roots will go as deep as there is adiquate oxygen without
carbon dioxide pushing up the oxygen. So if you have a deep root
oxygenation system well drained humus ritch soil and water deep and
throughly with time to drain down deep there is really no limit to how
deep they can go. If you achieve a good system your plant will be
using and feeding off over 500% more soil mass which could really have
the power to push a world record or at least a personal best. Hope
this helps.
