<< George,
Your right, that might even become a global cottage business.
You know you touched on a key word here though, "packed in Ice".
I wonder if for the purpose of assisting the pollination process when temps
are into the 90's, if anyone has tried packing crushed Ice around their
female blossoms.
I don't mean placing the fruit you are trying to pollinate on a bed of ice,
but what if you placed a fair amount of crushed ice around the fruit and
blossom (not touching it) during high temps, to help cool the immediate
air temp around the fruit?
Happy 4th!
