How many is unknown for me. I would be happy with 3-4 pumpkins if
they are truly pollenated.

The second question is based on your daily records of each pumpkin on
each
plant.  Which is growing the fastest...which one has the best shine? 
When they are around 40-60 lbs then cut them off and leave one.
