Help! Phone company wants to destroy plants.

	We are in a desperate situation here.. The phone company plans to rip out
our entire garden patch so that they can "explore a line" that may go under
our garden.. They don't care one bit about the plants growing there.  Is
there any way to transplant a pumpkin plant successfully?  Our plants are
big, but none have large vines or pumpkins yet.. The blossoms have not even
opened yet.  It would be heartbreaking to sit back and watch them ruin all
we have worked so hard for.  

	Anyone who can help?
