Re: Scarry Stuff


All this convrersation about weather related difficulties makes me
wonder why the Bay Area of Central California is not a hot bed (patch?)
of AG growing. We have a great average spring/summer temps., right at
the 80° daytime-60° nights, no frost to speak of, & I have not seen a
borer or beetle. 
I know we had a grand winner recently, but why are the usual big ones
from the north where life is harsh? Is it just that the word getting
around now?
Is there something I do not know?
Enlighten me, please.
