disease?

Anyone know whats wrong with this plant?

The leaves are yellow and have dark green veins. It got hit by striped
cucumber beetles in the 5 leaf stage looked fine for weeks then after 5" of
rain in three days all but stopped growing and dropped all female blossoms
it had. Two other plants in the patch were fine. Now a week later all new
growth looks good and healthy. It's my Anderson 815 is it doomed?
