Foliar sprays of kelp are not really for NPK, they are for micronutrients and
hormones, etc. With kelp, do NOT double the strength at all. This could damage
the plant! It works BETTER when it is diluted! Also, some people might spray
with kelp spray as much as once a week, but some say it is only necessary once
a week for the time of fruit set, for about 3-4 weeks. It is important not to
overdo it, though. You can do it up to once a week, but make sure it is
DILUTE, no more than 1 Tablespoon per gallon. Also, be sure to get the
undersides of the leaves, nutrients are absorbed several tmes better on the
undersides, plus the rain is less likely to wash it off. Also, seaweed makes
plants more resistant to insect attacks, diseases and drought!
