When to fertilize

I have a question concerning my seedlings. They germinated July 9th and a
growing at a fast rate, but when is a good time for me to add in my Dr.
Schultz' liquid fertilizer? Is it too early? Will I burn the roots or the
leaves if I do it now? Should i do a more diluted version of it? I want to
give my container pumpkins all that I can give them for them to thrive, but
then, I don't want to over do it and burn them at the same time. Any help or
advice is welcome. Thanks!
