Deepest symapthy on your pumpkin losses.
I to am fighting the evil wood chuck, and know the damage that can be done.
If you have a pumpkin left at all don't give up, make a cage around the
pumpkin it self . Plants can regrow, if you still have the main vine.
Tomatoes as bait in traps worked for us.
I f you can find there holes or dens you have a good chance of winning. Can
you borrow a friends dog to tie out near the garden for a few evenings ??
That seems the most active time for them here.
