  Hi Steve.  I don't think you get vine borers in Beverly hills.  The cost 
of living there is way to high.  I personally know I haven't seen any but I 
also spray once a week with rotating insecticides and fungicides whether I 
see anything or not.  I assume that is why I haven't seen anything.
