Randy,
There is no danger to the plant that I know of by using to much powder
Sevin. HOWEVER, LIQUID SEVIN SHOULD BE USED IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. THE PARTICLES
OF THE DUST SEVIN IS MUCH LARGER. BEES THAT COME INTO CONTACT WITH ITS DUST
BRING MUCH LARGER DOSES BACK TO THE HIVE CAUSING GREAT DAMAGE (DEATH TO THE
HIVE). Bees don't pick up as easy the smaller liquid particles. Do remember
not to use Sevin if it is going to be hot and humid as plant damage can
occur. Good growing in 99! and remember the BEES!
