Vine Pruning

I have two plants, a Mombert 828 and a Goetz 917. I have trained the main
vines on both plants in a manner that will keep them from ever coming in
contact with each other. The secondary vines are now long enough where the
are touching.
What should I do? Allow them to grow together? Terminate secondaries on
both plants? I do not plan on growing a fruit on a secondary vine. Any
help is appreciated.
