I'm a new AG grower and have been doing well I thought up until this last
week. The plant that was pollinated on 6/25 and first started growing well
adding up to 3 inches a day to begin with. On 7/4 my pumpkin was 28 inches
in circumference. However in the last 7 days my pumpkin has only grown to
41 inches in circumference. The growth rate has slowed considerable to 1-2
inches per day. Other than that, the plant looks real healthy and is
shooting off secondary & tertiary vines with no bugs in sight. Also, the
only other pollinated females have aborted at about the size of baseballs.
Any ideas how to jump start the growth on my pumpkin would be appreciated.
 Thanks. Steve M.

Need the following to get a better idea on how it's doing.

Daytime highs temps:

Nighttime low temps:

Number of cloudy or mostly cloudy days:

Watering amounts:

Rainfall amounts:

All of the above affect growth rates. If everything is right with the
weather it should grow 3" plus a day.

George
