What seed did you plant? The best LOOKING big pumpkin is Burpee Prizewinner, 
which was done for me last year in only 90 days or so. They can get up to 200 
pounds or so, which is about as big as you would really want them if you 
aren;t trying to win a competition. Females take awhile to show, too. They 
usually show up when the main vine gets to be over 10 feet long. Also, if you 
planted seed from an F1 hybrid pumpkin, it might not produce many females. 
Let me know where you got the seed that you planted.
