Foliar feeding

Has anyone ever noticed that when foliar feeding with fish emulsion and
seaweed you get almost instant results in growth. I am presently foliar
feeding every third day in the patch and it seems as though the evening after
I feed them I have more that day than on the two days I don't feed. Approx.
3" circ. gain on feeding day versus 2" on the two non-feeding days. Is this
just a coicidence?
