Squash Beetle eggs

I have a litter of yellow larve on bottom side of one leaf, Eggs had
hatched, I assume eggs had been yellow, leaf scortched and hanging down,
perhaps sun damage or toxic nature of larvae. Feeding by adults leaves
1/2 patches at edge of leave skeletonized as with Mexican Bean Beetle
mor squash beetle eats more of the smaller veins so damage is more
ragged than skeletonized. feeding by larvae does not go all the way thru
leaf and the feeding will be difficult to detect. Sevin should kill
them.
