     Well, there is a big differnece.  Hydrogen peroxide is H2O2 (pretend 
the 2's are subscripts)  That is a one hydrogen per every oxygen.  This is 
an anticeptic.  One of the oxygens oxidises (or gains electons) the area 
that is infected and you have a bactine like effect with water as a 
biprocuct.  As you know you can buy this over the counter and it is very 
safe.  Put on minor scrapes.  So the chemical equations looks like this.  
H2O2 ---> H2O + 1/2 O2
     As for hydrogen dioxide, I am not sure what it does or what it is.  I 
don't know why it is called zero tolerance.  But I am sure they can not be 
used interchangable.  That I am sure of.  It is kind of like cough medicine 
and morphine.  They are the same accept for the angles that the molecules 
are oriented.  They are mirror images of each other and one can cure only a 
cough and the other can take away pain and cough.  So small differences do 
matter.  Maybe our PhD can shed some light on what HO2 is
