Soil Innocculants

Soil innocculants are widely used when growing legumes (beans, peas, etc.).
The reason for this is that legumes are the only plants which have a
symbiotic association (nitrogen fixing) with the innoculants.
No other plants (other than legumes) have this capability. Hence, it is
pointless to use these innoculants on cucurbits.
